TPMS Food Pantry

Dear TPMS Families,

The Difference Makers Takoma Park Middle School Food Pantry is now working with the Takoma Park Middle School PTA, Takoma Park Elementary School PTA and Piney Branch Elementary School PTA as one site in collaboration for monetary donations for local families in need and to find information about how to receive food assistance during the coronavirus school shut down.

As a safety precaution and until we get past this current health crisis, we will no longer be accepting food donations but will start giving Giant gift card donations this Sunday and continue on a weekly basis. We will gratefully receive monetary donations through https://tpespta.net/donate-now/ or you can purchase Giant Gift cards online and email them to takomafood@gmail.co m. Families will then be able to more safely shop for themselves. We recently distributed cards to over 250 families!

If you are in a position to donate, please do so generously as we work to keep our community safe and keep food in the homes of our families in need.
